HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRUCE!!!
Bruce celebrated his 31st Birthday on Tuesday. Now we are on a level playing field (the same age)....for a few months anyway. Monday night "Uncle" Mike came over to watch Emerson while Bruce and I went to dinner for his birthday date. Bruce chose Fogo De Chao which is a Brazilian steakhouse. There is a fancy saladbar that is actually more like a up scale buffet line. Then when you are done with that they give you a new plate and Gaucho's (the men with the meat!) come around with 15 different kinds of beef, pork, lamb, & chicken. You eat as much as you like! It was very good. We have been to another restaurant like this before so we knew what to expect. We followed dinner with a walk in the plaza. It was really nice to spend some quality time together. Bruce's actual birthday was spent at the bowling alley with a bunch of friends and free bowling. Several of his friends are in a league and they got free bowling that night. Bruce subbed a couple of times so he got the free bowling as well. Emerson and I went to enjoy the company!
