Spring is finally here! Emerson has been spending a lot of time outside which is her favorite place to be. Again this post, we seem to always be busy but not up to anything in particular. Emerson is learning more new words and just about running speed.

Bruce has been spending a lot of time in the yard the last couple of weeks. I was able to get some things planted as well. We don't have a garden yet because we can't decide what area of the yard one would look and perform best in so, for now, we are going with a pot garden on the deck. It worked pretty well last year so we are trying a few more things this year. With pollen counts the highest on record, I have spent the last week inside. This is not out of desire, but completely out of necessity. I did go to the allergist who again did skin testing and confirmed that I am in fact allergic to everything except horses, rabbits, and a few other small pet animals. All of which we do not have and likely never will. They led me on my way with a bag full of samples which so far have been working pretty well! We were able to get outside yesterday for quite a bit and hope to again today.
